About Rehan KhanWe use WHO-approved public health insecticides, with active ingredients such as deltamethrin, alpha-cypermethrin and broflanilide. We never use agricultural pesticides inside homes or commercial premises, a common and dangerous shortcut in Karachi. Odourless (be-bu) products are available on request, and Safety Data Sheets are available for every job.
Chemicals we useMost treatments carry a written warranty, issued on the day: 3 months on general pest control, including cockroach fumigation and bed bug treatment, and on anti-termite treatment, 5 years for the ground floor and 1 year for upper floors. If the treated pest returns within the warranty period, we return and re-treat at no additional cost. Mosquito control, ants control, rodent control and water tank cleaning are not covered by a warranty.

After every treatment, Accurate Fumigation issues a signed fumigation certificate. It is accepted by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), the Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KWSC), the Sindh Food Authority (SFA), corporate landlords and building management offices.
The certificate names the client or property, the property type, the treatment date, the service carried out and the pests treated. Each one carries its own certificate number and an authorised signature, and it is issued on the day of treatment, not after a follow-up. For water tank cleaning, a separate sanitation certificate is also issued.
