1. Agreement to Terms
By contacting Accurate Fumigation to request an inspection, booking a service, or proceeding with any treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form the basis of the service agreement between you ("the client") and Accurate Fumigation ("we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking. We are happy to answer any questions about these terms before you commit — simply call or WhatsApp us on 0330-2533480.
2. Our Services
Accurate Fumigation provides professional pest control and fumigation services in Karachi, Pakistan. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Termite control (pre-construction and post-construction treatment)
- Bed bugs fumigation and treatment
- Cockroach control and fumigation
- Rodent (rat and mouse) control
- Fleas and ticks treatment
- Ants control
- Water tank cleaning and sanitation
All services are performed by our own identity-verified and background-checked technicians using WHO-approved chemicals. We do not use agricultural-grade pesticides inside residential or commercial premises.
We operate across Karachi, including DHA, Clifton, Gulistan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, PECHS, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, Saddar, Korangi, Landhi, Malir, and other areas. Service availability for a specific address can be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
3. Booking and Free Inspection
All new service engagements begin with a free inspection visit. There is no call-out charge and no obligation to proceed after the inspection.
During the inspection, our certified technician will identify the pest species, assess the severity of the infestation, locate breeding or entry points, and determine the appropriate treatment. Following the inspection, you will receive a written quote detailing the treatment method, chemicals to be used, estimated duration, and applicable warranty terms.
A booking is confirmed when you verbally or in writing accept the written quote. We will then schedule a treatment date at a mutually agreed time.
Accurate Fumigation reserves the right to decline a booking or service request if, in the technician's assessment, the conditions at the property make safe treatment impractical or if access requirements cannot be met.
4. Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment, after the service has been completed to the standard described in the written quote. We do not require full advance payment before work begins, unless a specific agreement is made for large-scale or multi-visit contracts.
We accept cash payment and bank transfer. Specific payment arrangements for commercial or institutional clients can be discussed at the time of booking.
No additional charges will be added beyond the agreed written quote unless the scope of work changes materially during treatment — in which case, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work and obtain your consent.
5. Warranty Terms
A written warranty certificate is issued on the day of every completed treatment. The warranty covers recurrence of the treated pest within the warranty period. If the targeted pest returns within the covered period, we will return and re-treat at no additional cost.
Standard warranty periods:
- Cockroach fumigation — 3 months
- Bed bugs treatment — 3 months
- Rodent control — 3 months
- Fleas and ticks treatment — 3 months
- Ants control — 3 months
- Anti-termite treatment — up to 5 years (depending on scope and method)
- Water tank cleaning — certificate issued; no pest-recurrence warranty applicable
The warranty is void if:
- The property undergoes major structural changes or renovation that compromises the treatment after service.
- The client has carried out their own pest control treatment in the treated area after our service without informing us.
- The client fails to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by our technician on the day of service (for example, required ventilation periods or re-entry timing).
- The re-infestation originates from an adjoining property over which we have no control and was not included in the treatment scope.
Warranty claims must be made by contacting us directly — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — within the warranty period. We will arrange a re-inspection and re-treatment within a reasonable time of the claim being made.
6. Client Responsibilities
To allow our technicians to carry out effective treatment and to protect the validity of your warranty, we ask clients to:
- Ensure reasonable access to all areas of the property that require treatment, including locked rooms, storage areas, and utility spaces.
- Remove or cover food items, pet food, and open water containers from treatment areas before our technicians arrive.
- Inform our technician at the time of inspection or booking of any known allergies, medical conditions, or vulnerabilities (such as infants, pregnant women, or elderly residents) that may require additional precautions.
- Follow the post-treatment instructions provided by our technician — including any re-entry waiting periods and ventilation requirements.
- Not apply your own pesticides or chemical treatments to areas we have treated without informing us, as this can interfere with the treatment and void the warranty.
- Contact us promptly if you notice any recurrence of the pest within the warranty period, rather than attempting to treat it yourself.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before the scheduled time — by calling or WhatsApp on 0330-2533480.
There is no cancellation fee for residential appointments. For large commercial or multi-visit contracts, specific cancellation terms will be stated in the written agreement for that engagement.
If our technician arrives at the property and access cannot be provided, or if treatment cannot proceed due to conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee. We will always discuss this with you before doing so.
8. Liability
Accurate Fumigation carries out all treatments with professional care using WHO-approved, documented chemicals. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the cost of that service.
We are not liable for:
- Damage to property that was pre-existing before our visit and was not caused by our treatment.
- Pest recurrence that results from re-infestation from neighbouring properties or external sources outside our treatment scope.
- Losses arising from pest damage that occurred before treatment was carried out.
- Any consequential, indirect, or economic losses arising from pest infestation or service delay.
If you believe our technician has caused damage to your property during a treatment visit, please notify us immediately — before the technician leaves the premises where possible — so we can assess and address the issue directly.
9. Property Access and Technician Conduct
All Accurate Fumigation technicians are identity-verified and background-checked. They will present their identification upon arrival if requested.
Our technicians are authorised to access only the areas of your property agreed upon for treatment. They will not enter rooms, storage areas, or spaces that you have indicated are out of scope, unless necessary for the treatment and with your permission.
If you have concerns about a technician's conduct during or after a visit, please contact our office immediately. All complaints are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within one business day and to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
Warranty claims (pest recurrence within the covered period) are not treated as complaints — they are a standard service obligation and will be handled promptly without question.
For complaints about conduct, safety, or service quality, our office at Gulistan-e-Johar is open for in-person visits as well. We are a local business with a physical address you can walk into.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it without escalation.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. The terms in effect at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to your service.
Continuing to use our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have an active warranty issued under a previous version of these terms, the warranty conditions stated on your certificate take precedence.
