4. How We Store Your Information
Customer information is stored internally for service delivery and warranty management purposes. Physical records are kept securely at our Gulistan-e-Johar office. Digital records are stored on devices accessible only to authorised Accurate Fumigation staff.
We retain your contact and service records for the duration of your active warranty period plus a reasonable period afterwards, in case of any warranty claim or follow-up requirement. Once this period has passed and there is no ongoing service relationship, records are removed from our active files.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access. Access to customer records is limited to staff members who need it to perform their duties.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. The only circumstances under which your information may be shared with another party are:
